We ship from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Canada and the United States. Some items are fulfilled through our partner network, which ships globally.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped: Canada 5–10 days, USA 7–14 days.

USA orders are shipped DDU. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If we sent you the wrong size, we will send a free replacement. Email support@qordova.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the size tag.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.
